How pricing works
Event coverage is quoted by hours and scope — a two-hour awards evening and a three-day conference need very different planning — so I price per event rather than a fixed rate. Tell me the dates, venue and the kind of coverage you’re after, and I’ll come back with a clear, all-in quote. Half-day, full-day and multi-day rates are available.

Will you be discreet during the event?
Yes — I work unobtrusively and blend into the room, capturing natural moments without interrupting the flow of your event.
How soon do we get the photos?
I can supply a small set of edited highlights same-day or next-day for PR and social, with the full gallery [within X working days].
Do you cover multi-day or multi-location events?
Yes — I regularly shoot multi-day conferences and can cover several rooms or locations, solo or with a second shooter.
Can you capture our branding and sponsors?
Definitely. I make a point of capturing signage, stands and sponsor branding — exactly the shots your marketing and sponsors want.
How far do you travel?
I’m based near Stamford and cover events across the UK — share the date and venue and I’ll confirm availability.
