A building sells on how it feels, not on how wide the lens was.

Buildings are easy to photograph badly. A wide lens jammed in the corner of every room, verticals leaning, and daylight fighting the ceiling lights — it flattens a place rather than selling it.

I shoot property the other way round. Exteriors at the time of day the building actually looks its best, interior lights balanced against what is coming through the windows, and verticals kept straight so a room reads as the space it really is. Agents get particulars that stand out on a portal. Developers get a scheme documented from hoarding to handover. Owners get somewhere people want to walk into.
